    Video: - 30-minute videos illustrate key concepts and show how they relate to the real world.
    Workbook: - The workbooks are related to the Internet activities and/or vidoes and they provide opportunities for practice and review.
    Internet: - Internet activities and quizzes provide more opportunities for practice and review.
